The Bulls - Stay connected Events

The Bulls have many social activities that members enjoy throughout the year. Some events are organized by friends within the Bulls, while others are official Bulls events.
The First Friday Feast (FFF) lunches offer a great chance for members to meet near the Adelaide CBD, chat, catch up, and share stories of past games.
The annual Bulls Golf Day happens in late December, providing another opportunity for members to have fun and enjoy each other's company.

BULLS HEALTH DAY

The Bulls Men's Health Day, initially for male Bulls players, has now become the Bulls Health & Wellbeing Day for everyone.
Held annually in early June, the event includes health check-ups and activities like the Bulls Blood Donation Team, "The Bloody Bulls." Some years also feature guest speakers discussing important health topics.

MENTORING / SUPPORT / GUIDANCE

The Bulls, as a socially responsible club, mentor, support, and guide their members in social sports and club volunteering. This community engagement helps members develop leadership and teamwork skills.
Bulls are expected to assist with game day operations and are encouraged to umpire Bulls games. These volunteer opportunities create an engaged environment and provide the wider summer baseball community with experienced umpires and game scorers, admired by other sports clubs.
For select members, mentoring extends to personal development. We are proud that our members help both young and older Bulls in their sports and professional careers, contributing to youth sports development and professional growth.

MOVEMBER

The Bulls have participated in many Movembers, raising funds to help "Change The Face of Men's Health" globally.
We are happy to make a difference in mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Matt "Wild Bull" Cutting TRust

  • Following the sudden passing of Matt "Wild Bull" Cutting during Easter 2014, his parents Dennis "Dicky" and Raelene Cutting donated funds to the Bulls who established a trust fund in Matt's name.
  • Matt's Legacy
  • The Matt "Wild Bull" Cutting Trust provides financial support for young Bulls to further their baseball careers and helps elderly players remain actively involved in the sport.
  • Financial Support Available
  • For Young Bulls: Financial assistance is available for young players representing South Australia, Australia, and participating in national and international tournaments or other significant baseball events.
  • For Elderly Bulls: Support is also available for elderly players who need assistance to continue participating in baseball, whether with the Bulls or in other significant baseball events. How to Apply
